JOIN > TORBAY ATHLETIC CLUB FACEBOOK GROUP LEVEL 5  – ADVANCE LEVEL 5 ADVANCE RUNNERS Group Level [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] (Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm) Pace 7.15–8.00 – Distance 7½ – 10 miles Coach by Peter McCaig, Stephen Wilbraham Advance, level only for the fit athlete able to handle hard sessions of speed and endurance. Training sessions 7½ – 10 miles. Some regrouping. Target five or six training runs a week. Tuesday Level 5 schedule (we run with group level 6, level 6 runners will regroup for level 5 runners) 
This is the new training sessions: 2017 April 4: Beach fartlek April 11: Cockington Hill and down Occombe Valley then Scadson Woods April 18: Compton April 25: Cockington – Scadson Woods and back
May 2: Beach fartlek May 9: Coastal Path Run to Daddy Hole Plan, Ilsham, Ansteys Cove May 16: Style Park Hill and back via Cockington May 23: Compton May 30: Cockington Hill and down Occombe Valley then Scadson Woods
June 6: Beach fartlek June 13: Coastal Path Run to Daddy Hole Plan, Ilsham, Ansteys Cove June 20: Cockington trail to of the top Shiphay Lane and back June 27: Compton
July 4: Cockington – Scadson Woods and back July 11: Style Park Hill and back via Cockington July 18: Beach fartlek July 25: Coastal Path Run to Daddy Hole Plan, Ilsham, Ansteys Cove
August 1: Cockington trail to of the top Shiphay Lane and back August 8: Cockington Hill and down Occombe Valley then Scadson Woods August 15: Beach fartlek August 22: Compton August 29: Cockington – Scadson Woods and back
