Intermediate level runners able to run 7-9 miles and be competitive, Steady running with regrouping. Training sessions up to 9 miles. Target three or four training runs a week.
Tuesday Session will be decided on the night at the club 5 minutes before the session will start.
THURSDAY SESSION IS WITH THE COMBINED GROUP SESSION
(Thats all group levels running together from Beginner level 1 up to 6 Elite)
Some members may prefer to do a steady run as a small a non coach group
