THIS COACH TRIP IS ORGAINSED BY CATHY & ALAN AND IS PAID FOR BY THE TORBAY HALF MARATHON FOR CLUB MEMBERS WHO ARE ASSISTING AT THE 2008 TORBAY HALF MARATHON EVENT.

The Club are once again putting on a FREE COACH for any club members who are assisting at the 2008 Torbay Half Marathon event and their families who would like to go on this social event, with the option of taking part in the local run for this part of the county.

The trip will be an all day event and this year we have chosen the Bideford 10k venue. The run starts at 11am and is a fast flat course out to Instow and back along the Tarka Trail (PB COURSE) This year there will also be changing and shower facilities at the event.

Anyone wishing to come along on this trip should contact Alan or Cathy Fewings. We have manage to secure a Hookways 49 seater coach, but as you can imagine this won't take long to fill up, so seats will be reserved on a first come basis.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
arrangements have been made with the coach company to make pick up points at the following places:-

Avenue Road - Opposite the Burberry Hotel 0730 hours
Farmhouse Tavern 0740 hours
Fountain - Kingsteignton 0755 hours
Exeter Services - 0820 hours

Please can you make sure that you are at the particular pick up point on time as the coach is running to a tight schedule. If for any reason you are going to be late or you wish to change your pick up point we would be grateful if you could phone us to let us know. Alan's phone number is 07818 031197. If you decide not to go then please also inform us so that we are not waiting for you on the morning.

After the run we will be staying on site for the presentation (there is a bar!!)
On completion of this the coach will depart to take everyone to a pub in Westward Ho for food and drink.

Finally, we aim to leave at 1630 hours for the journey home. Don't forget Alan and Cathy are collecting prizes for the raffle of the year. Please help by donating any of your unwanted gifts.
